Learn advanced anatomical and procedural steps for vNOTES in oncology, including pelvic and para-aortic lymph node access, patient selection and complication management.

Prerequisites
- Experience with MIS hysterectomy for endometrial cancer
- Experience with vNOTES benign hysterectomy
Morning, 08:00–12:00
- Introduction, benefits and OR set-up
- Laparoscopic and vNOTES anatomy, lymph node locations
- Retroperitoneal access: central vs lateral approach, port placement, stable pneumo pressure
- Cadaveric hands-on session 1
Afternoon, 13:00–16:30
- Evidence and patient selection (EIN, atypical hyperplasia, low/high grade, serous)
- Case registration
- Managing complications: bladder, nerve and vascular injury
- Para-aortic lymph node access via vNOTES

Advanced Urogynaecological Applications and Retroperitoneal Dissection
For experienced surgeons who want to expand their expertise in advanced pelvic floor procedures with vNOTES.

- Retroperitoneal presacral dissection for sacrocolpopexy
- Arcus tendineus and lateral retroperitoneal space dissection
- Cadaveric hands-on session 1
Afternoon, 13:00–16:30
- High uterosacral ligament suspension via vNOTES
- Autologous mesh harvesting
- Autologous mesh placement for prolapse and incontinence
